Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out. In stock items will ship 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. The estimated shipping times below represent the amount of time your order will be in transit.
- Orders sent via UPS are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the store.
- Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 7-15 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
- Orders sent via a White Glove Service are delivered on average 7-15 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: These shipping estimates represent the time it takes for an item to reach your home AFTER it actually ships and do NOT include production time for out of stock or custom order items.
When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are estimates only and actual delivery dates may vary. In addition, if the item requires White Glove Delivery Service (see below) you will be required to make an appointment for delivery and are responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges.
Some of our products are oversized, heavy, fragile or one of a kind, and may require Freight or White Glove Delivery service to ensure that your order arrives safely to your door. If necessary, this service is noted on the item next to the price and is added to the total at checkout. The price will vary based on item size and weight.
For freight items, standard shipping is defined as a signature-required curbside delivery. Standard shipping carriers will NOT carry your delivery up stairs, unpack the shipment or enter your home under any circumstances.
White Glove orders will be sent to a local delivery hub. Once your order reaches the local hub, you will be contacted to schedule a by-appointment 4-hour delivery window to receive your order. Our white glove deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
White Glove Delivery service included the item(s) brought into your home, carried up to 1 flight of stairs, and the packaging materials disposed of.
Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and return shipping charges plus a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us ahead of time if there are any delivery challenges at your home we should know about, such as multiple flights of stairs or a narrow or long driveway. Note that additional charges may apply in such instances.
Yes, after clicking checkout, simply select the pick-up option under delivery method and we will notify you once your order is ready.
We stand behind all of the products we have curated for our site, and we work with the best manufacturers in the world to ensure you'll love every nest item in your home. The design details, and quality of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We hope you love your selections, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Custom ordered pieces cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged once the order has been processed.
We are happy to accept on-line purchases for exchange or store credit in our Red Bank location within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Although this is rare, on occasion things happen. If you receive a damaged item, it is important to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need a photograph (multiple is better) of the damage in order to file a claim.
For White Glove items, nest uses a third party delivery company and will not be held responsible for any damages after product has left our showroom/warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading, will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us and let us know immediately.
