- The item must be in its original condition, unused, tagged and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase, such as a e-receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

- Customized or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

- Lighting may be returned if in uninstalled condition and complete with all parts, less a 15% restocking fee per fixture.


REFUND OPTIONS:


- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original purchase price.

- If the original payment method is not available, a store credit may be offered.

- For online returns, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

- In-Store ReturnsPlease bring your proof of purchase and the item(s) in their original packaging with tags attached.


- Online Returns: To initiate an online return, please contact our customer service team at hello@nestforeveryone.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label for our preferred carrier. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
